The SC Bodner company is currently building a brand new apartment community in Macon, Georgia. The Pavilion at Plantation Way is located near the intersection of Zebulon and Peake Roads-we love this location! We are currently building 4 story apartment buildings with elevators that will contain 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartment homes. The community will also be home to an extensive amenity center including pool, WiFi business center, billiards room, 24 hour fitness center, gathering room, and much more. We look forward to new residents moving in mid June of this year.
